The greatest Network Address in this range.

What is accAtRouteFilterRangeMax?

This OID stores the highest destination network address (2 bytes) in the route range being filtered. Engineers configure this to set the upper boundary of which destination networks the filter affects. For example, bytes 0x20 0x00 means route filtering ends at network address 0x2000.
