What is accAtRdbStatsDeletes?

This counter tracks how many routes have been removed from the routing database, typically when they age out or become unreachable. Monitoring route deletions helps identify unstable links or zones that are being powered down and removed from the network. An unusual spike like 30 route deletions in 10 minutes might signal a significant network outage affecting multiple zones.
