What is accAtRdbStatsAdds?

This counter records how many new network entries have been added to the local routing database from incoming RTMP updates. You would monitor this during network expansion or topology changes to verify new subnets are being discovered and learned. A spike of 50 new routes added within minutes indicates the network topology is actively changing, such as new zones coming online.
