Description: The time (relative to the last system reset) at which the port became disabled.
What is accAtPortTabErrTime?
This read-only timestamp (in milliseconds since system reset) records exactly when the port became disabled. Network engineers use this to correlate port failures with other system events and determine how long the port has been unavailable. A value of 7200000 indicates the port failed 2 hours after the system was last rebooted.
