What is accAtPortTabErrCount?

This counter tracks additional errors that occurred after the port first became disabled, showing the persistence of the fault condition. Network engineers use this to determine whether the underlying problem has self-healed or continues to cause repeated failures. A high count like 47 indicates the error condition is ongoing and the port remains unable to recover, while a low count suggests the issue was temporary.
