What is accAtPortStatsOutTotals?
This counter tracks the total number of DDP packets transmitted by the port since the device started, serving as a baseline for outbound traffic volume. An engineer compares this to inbound totals to detect asymmetric traffic patterns or confirm bidirectional communication is balanced. A value of 1,200,000 outbound versus 1,500,000 inbound might indicate slightly more consumption than production on the network segment.
