Description:

The number of DDP packets forwarded to this port from all other ports.

What is accAtPortStatsOutFwdReqs?

This counter tracks DDP packets that the port forwarded from other ports to its destination segment (transit traffic in the egress direction). An engineer uses this to measure the port's role in routing, confirm forwarding is active, and detect when a port becomes inactive. For example, 300,000 forwarded packets on one port but zero on another suggests that second port is isolated or has a failed neighbor.
