The number of DDP broadcast packets receive whose destination network number was not within the range of the connected network.

What is accAtPortStatsFwdBcasts?

This counter logs DDP broadcast packets received whose destination network number was outside the local connected network range, requiring the port to forward them externally. An engineer monitors this to verify inter-network broadcast propagation is working and to detect excessive broadcast storm conditions. A value of 2,000 broadcast forwards might be normal for a backbone port but would signal a problem on an access port.
