Index of optional facility string or zero.

What is accAtNetTabX25FacIndex?

This integer (0 to 255) references a pre-configured X.25 facility string to be applied during circuit negotiation, where 0 means no special facilities are requested. Network engineers use this when the X.25 carrier requires optional features like closed user groups, reverse charging, or fast select to be enabled. For example, setting this to 5 would apply facility string #5, which might enable reverse charging so the called party pays for the call.
