What is accAtNbpStatsOutLkUpResps?

This counter tracks how many NBP lookup response packets your AppleTalk router has sent to satisfy name lookups from other devices. Network engineers monitor this to understand name-resolution traffic patterns and detect excessive lookups that might indicate network problems or misconfigured devices. If this counter shows 50,000 responses sent, it means the router answered 50,000 requests to look up services on the network.
