The least value in the destination network address range.

What is accAtForwardFilterToMin?

This configurable 2-octet value sets the minimum destination network address for the AppleTalk forwarding filter. Engineers write to this to define the lower bound of network addresses that are allowed to forward through a port. For example, setting it to 0x1000 means packets destined for networks below 0x1000 are filtered out.
