The greatest value in the destination network address range.

What is accAtForwardFilterToMax?

This configurable 2-octet value sets the maximum destination network address for the AppleTalk forwarding filter. Administrators use it to define the upper boundary of networks that can receive forwarded packets. Setting it to 0x2FFF creates a filter window (combined with ToMin) that permits forwarding only to networks within that range.
