What is accAtForwardFilterFromMin?
This OID stores the lowest source network address in a 2-byte range that the forward filter will apply to. Engineers configure this value to define where a filtering rule should begin, controlling which source addresses are examined. For example, setting this to bytes 0x00 0x01 means the filter starts applying at the first valid source address in the range.
