What is accAtForwardFilterFromMax?

This OID stores the highest source network address in a 2-byte range for the forward filter. Engineers use this to set the upper boundary of source addresses that should be filtered on the device. For example, bytes 0xFF 0xFF would include all addresses up to the maximum in the filter rule.
