What is accAtAepStatsInErrors?

This counter records AppleTalk Echo Protocol packets that arrived invalid or couldn't be processed by the router. It's used to monitor the health of ICMP-like echo/ping functionality on the AppleTalk network. A count of 5-10 errors over a week is normal, but 100+ in a day suggests corrupted echo requests or hardware issues.
