What is accAtAdbStatsRotates?

This OID tracks how many times the AARP database had to shuffle an entry to the front of its hash bucket to serve a lookup. Network administrators use this metric to understand cache performance—excessive rotations indicate the most-used addresses are not being cached efficiently. A value of 1,024 shows the AARP cache had to reorder entries 1,024 times, meaning frequently accessed addresses were not at the front of the bucket.
