What is accAtAarpStatsNoReplys?

This OID counts how many AARP request packets (including retransmissions) never received a response, indicating an unreachable target. Engineers watch this counter to identify unreachable hosts, address conflicts, or network partitions that prevent AppleTalk communication. A value of 12 means the device tried to reach a host via 12 separate AARP requests but never received an answer, suggesting that host is offline or isolated.
