accLapbFlags

Module: ACC-LAPB

OID (symbolic): ACC-LAPB::accLapbFlags

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.7.2.1.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Number of flags to insert between frames on transmission.

What is accLapbFlags?

This OID specifies how many flag bytes (0x7E pattern) to insert between LAPB frames during transmission. Some legacy equipment or noisy links need extra flags for proper synchronization; adjust this if you see frame sync issues. Setting this to 2 means the device inserts two flag bytes between each transmitted frame to maintain synchronization.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.7.2.1.6
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-LAPB::accLapbFlags

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.7.2.1.6.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-LAPB::accLapbFlags.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.7.2.1.6.1 i <value>
