What is accIpxSpxWdSrcAckNo?

This OID stores the last SPX acknowledgement number (0-65535) that the server side of the session has used to confirm packet receipt. Network operators check this to verify that the server is properly acknowledging client data and to diagnose ACK-related retransmission loops. For example, an AckNo of 9,500 means the server has acknowledged receipt of packets up to sequence 9,500.
