What is accIpxSpxWdDstAckNo?

This OID contains the last SPX acknowledgement number (0-65535) used by the client to confirm receipt of server packets. Engineers monitor this to ensure the client is properly acknowledging server data and to identify asymmetric flow problems. For example, if DstAckNo is stuck at 5,000 while SrcAckNo continues to climb, the client is no longer sending acknowledgements.
