This OID counts how many SPX acknowledgement (ACK) packets have been discarded on a proxied session since it started. High discard rates signal congestion, retransmission storms, or misconfigured buffers that degrade application performance. For example, a value of 500 means 500 ACK packets were dropped; if this climbs rapidly, it indicates a serious reliability issue that needs investigation.
