What is accIpxSapReqOuts?

This OID counts the total SAP requests (service queries) that this port has transmitted to discover available network services. A healthy network should have a steady rate of these requests, and you'd use this to verify that service advertisement is working before clients complain. For example, a value of 421 means your device has sent 421 service discovery queries, which is normal for an active network.
