What is accIpxSapDemandAckOuts?

This OID measures the number of acknowledgment messages the device itself has sent back to neighbors to confirm receipt and processing of their SAP messages. A healthy counter ensures that the device is responsively confirming requests from other nodes and maintaining proper SAP protocol behavior. An example value of 4,998 indicates the device has sent nearly 5,000 confirmations, showing active two-way negotiation.
