accIpxRteNbrStatus

Module: ACC-IPX

OID (symbolic): ACC-IPX::accIpxRteNbrStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.22.9.2.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description:

Writing 'invalid' has the effect of deleting this routing neighbor and making its associated route filters of no effect.

What is accIpxRteNbrStatus?

This OID controls whether a routing neighbor entry is active or should be deleted, allowing administrators to enable, disable, or remove neighbor relationships without losing the configuration. An engineer sets this to 'invalid' to temporarily disable or permanently remove a neighbor entry, which also clears all associated route filters and prevents further route advertisements from that neighbor. Changing this value from 'valid' (1) to 'invalid' (2) effectively disconnects the neighbor relationship.
