What is accIpxRteFltrApplLastMatch?

This timestamp (in hundredths of a second since system boot) records when an IPX packet last matched a filter on the monitored interface. You check this to confirm the filter is still active and to detect when traffic matching that filter rule stopped flowing. For example, if the last match was weeks ago, traffic patterns may have shifted away from the data the filter targets.
