What is accIpxRtOwner?

This OID identifies the source that created the route—whether it came from a local interface, the RIP routing protocol, a neighbor router, or the IPX server itself. Engineers use this to diagnose which component is responsible for a particular route and to troubleshoot cases where conflicting or duplicate routes appear. For example, if the owner is 'RIP', the router learned that route from a RIP advertisement, but if it is 'Local', the administrator manually configured it.
