What is accIpxRipRespIns?
This OID counts the total number of IPX RIP response packets (routing table announcements) the router has received from other routers. Engineers monitor this to confirm that neighbors are advertising their routes and that the router is actively learning about the network topology through RIP updates. For example, a steadily increasing counter indicates healthy RIP communication, while a stalled counter suggests a communication problem or network isolation.
