What is accIpxRipDemandReqOuts?

This OID counts the number of on-demand RIP request packets the router has sent to neighbors when it urgently needs routing information without waiting for the next periodic update. Engineers monitor this to see how often the router is triggering immediate routing queries, which is useful for understanding network behavior during failures or rapid topology changes. For example, a sudden spike in demand-request transmission during a network outage indicates the router is actively querying neighbors to find alternate routes.
