What is accIpxPortOpState?
This OID shows whether the IPX port is currently up and running or down and unable to pass traffic, using a status code rather than a raw number. Network operations teams use this to quickly see which ports are active without running full diagnostics. For example, a value of 1 means the port is up, while 2 means it's down and traffic cannot flow.
