What is accIpxNetX25PktVal?

This OID controls the X.25 packet size in octets (0 to 1024), affecting how much data travels in each packet sent over the connection. Smaller packets reduce latency on high-loss links but waste bandwidth; larger packets bulk transfer efficiently. Setting it to 256 is typical for most networks, while 128 helps unstable dial-up lines.
