What is accIpxNetX25FacIndex?

This OID points to an optional facility string index (0 to 255) that holds X.25-specific negotiation parameters, or 0 if no special facilities apply. Network engineers use this to enable features like throughput class or flow-control on the X.25 circuit without hard-coding them. For example, setting it to 3 might enable a facility string that requests 2400 bps throughput.
