Description:

Determines the IPX watchdog state on a specific logical port. The default is ALLOW for LAN/DEDICATED WAN type, PROXY for X.21/FFR/Dial type.

What is accIpxNetWdState?

This OID controls IPX watchdog polling, determining if the router sends periodic keepalives to detect failed links. ALLOW means aggressive watchdog checks (good for dial-up to detect hangs), PROXY means the router answers for others (good for LANs), and DISABLED turns it off entirely. For a dial-up WAN link, setting ALLOW makes the router disconnect and redial if the remote end stops responding.
