Description:

The value to be found in the Destination Network Field, or 0x00000000.

What is accIpxNetFltrDestination?

This OID stores a 4-byte IPX network address identifying which destination network traffic you want to apply a filter to. It's part of the modern IPX filtering implementation and lets you specify exactly which target networks your filter rules apply to, or 0x00000000 for all destinations. For example, 0x00000500 would filter traffic destined for IPX network 1280.
