What is accIpxNamedNetFltrPktDir?
This field specifies whether the network filter applies to incoming packets, outgoing packets, or both directions. Engineers configure this to control whether a filter watches traffic entering your network, leaving it, or in both directions. For example, setting this to inbound means the filter only inspects packets arriving at the interface.
