What is accIpxNamedNetFltrDestination?

This 4-byte value specifies the destination network address that a filter rule will match against, or 0x00000000 to match any destination. Engineers use this to build rules that target traffic bound for specific networks or subnets. For example, a value of 0x00020000 would only match packets destined for the 0x00020000 network.
