What is accIpxNamedHostFltrDefaultAction?

This OID controls the default action applied to traffic from hosts not explicitly listed in the host filter table. Engineers set this to define the baseline security policy—whether unlisted hosts are allowed through or blocked. A value of 'drop' means any host not specifically permitted is denied access.
