What is accIpxLocalOuts?
This counter measures all IPX packets that the router generates and sends out locally, such as routing advertisements or management responses. Monitoring this helps you detect unusual locally-generated traffic patterns that might indicate a network service overactive or misconfigured. If this counter is 10,000 but local inputs are only 500, the router may be broadcasting excessively.
