What is accIpxHostFltrApplLastMatch?

This OID records the timestamp (in system ticks) when the filter last matched an IPX packet on the interface. Network engineers use this to verify the filter is recently active or to troubleshoot whether filtering is still working as expected. For example, a recent timestamp within the last hour confirms current traffic is hitting the filter; an old timestamp suggests the filter may be idle.
