What is accIpAssignFailures?

ACC-IPMISC::accIpAssignFailures is a read-only counter that increments each time the device cannot assign an IP because the pool has run out. Network engineers alert on this metric because it indicates the pool is too small or not recycling fast enough. If this counter is growing, you need to expand the IP range or investigate why addresses aren't being released.
