What is accIpNamedFiltPktDir?

ACC-IPFILTER::accIpNamedFiltPktDir controls whether an IP filter processes incoming traffic, outgoing traffic, or works globally across all interfaces. Network engineers configure this to target specific traffic directions when they only want to filter packets entering or leaving a particular interface. For example, setting this to "input" means the filter only examines packets arriving on that port, ignoring packets being sent out.
