What is accIpNamedFiltName?

This OID stores a human-readable name for a packet filter rule, allowing administrators to label rules with descriptive names instead of just numbers. Network engineers use this to organize and document their filtering policies—for example, naming a rule 'Block-DDoS-Sources' or 'Prioritize-VoIP'. A value of 'Block-Peer2Peer' would indicate a rule that specifically targets and blocks peer-to-peer file-sharing traffic.
