What is accIpIfFiltEditProtocol?
This OID stores the IP protocol number (0-255) that a filter rule matches against, such as TCP (6), UDP (17), ICMP (1), or others. Network engineers use this to apply rules to specific protocol types—for example, filtering ICMP ping requests or prioritizing TCP SYN packets. A value of 6 means the rule applies only to TCP traffic, while 0 means the rule matches any protocol.
