What is accIpIfFiltEditOp1?
This OID specifies the logical operation (AND, OR, or NONE) that combines the source/destination address criteria with the protocol criterion in a filter rule. Network engineers use this to build complex matching rules—for example, 'match traffic from network X AND using protocol TCP' versus 'match traffic from network X OR network Y'. A value of 'AND' means both the address criteria and the next condition (protocol) must be true for the packet to match.
