Module: ACC-FR
OID (symbolic): ACC-FR::accFrStatRsrvDlcis
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.20.2.1.7
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Counter
Access: read-only
Description:
Number of received frames whose DLCI had the reserved bit set. (The frame was not discarded; the frame was processed as though the reserved bit were clear).
What is accFrStatRsrvDlcis?
ACC-FR::accFrStatRsrvDlcis counts frames that have the reserved bit set in the DLCI field, though the frame is still processed normally. This is informational and usually not a serious issue, as the device ignores the reserved bit. If this counter is high, it indicates the remote device is setting a flag that should normally be clear, but it does not prevent traffic from flowing.
