Description: System uptime when the last Frame Relay error was detected.
What is accFrStatErrTime?
ACC-FR::accFrStatErrTime records the system uptime (in timer ticks) at the moment the last Frame Relay error occurred on this interface. This helps track when the most recent problem happened and correlate it with other events in your network logs. For example, if accFrStatErrTime is 345600 (representing 10 hours after startup), you know the last error occurred 10 hours into the device's run.
