What is accFrDlcmiMonEvents?

This OID defines how many missed responses (5 to 30) to full status or link integrity messages trigger a link down condition without waiting for individual poll failures. Engineers use this to set aggressive or conservative link monitoring based on circuit quality and acceptable downtime sensitivity. A value of 5 means the link goes down after missing 5 consecutive link integrity responses.
