What is accFrCktState?
This OID reports whether a Frame Relay circuit is currently operational or down, as a read-only integer status. An engineer monitors this to know if a virtual circuit is active and ready to carry traffic or if it has failed. For example, a value of 1 might mean 'up' while 2 means 'down,' helping the engineer quickly identify circuit health.
