Description:
The value of sysUpTime when the circuit was created.
What is accFrCktCreateTime?
This OID stores the system uptime (in TimeTicks) at the moment the Frame Relay circuit was created or came up. An engineer calculates circuit age by subtracting this value from current sysUpTime to verify circuit stability and detect frequent reconnections. For example, if this equals the system's current uptime minus 86400 ticks, the circuit has been up for exactly one day.
