Description:

The Router ID of the Virtual Neighbor.

What is ospfVirtIfNeighbor?

ACC-FAKE::ospfVirtIfNeighbor is the Router ID of the remote router at the other end of an OSPF virtual link. When you create a virtual link to bypass a broken backbone, you specify the Router ID of the neighbor router you're tunneling through. For instance, 172.16.1.1 is the Router ID of the far-end router that your virtual link connects to.
