What is accCompressX25StatResyncs?
This OID counts resynchronizations of the compression state machine on this X.25 connection, which occur after header errors or end-marker violations. Network engineers monitor this to detect when X.25 links are experiencing chronic instability—each resync causes a brief data interruption that affects application latency and throughput. A value exceeding 10 resyncs per day on a link indicates the connection or peer needs maintenance.
